Miami Plein Aire is organizing a Quick Draw event to coincide with the Inaugural Exhibition timeframe; the event is scheduled to take place Saturday, October 10, 2026 from 9 am to 1:30 pm at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas Biscayne Nature Center (BNC) and its surrounding area - see map for additional details. Check in and judging will take place at the BNC, located at 6767 Crandon Blvd, Key Biscayne, FL 33149.
9:00 am – 10:00 am
Check in and stamping of panels will begin at the BNC
10:00 am – 12:00 pm
PAINT! Listen for the air horn, which signals when to start and stop painting.
12:00 pm – 12:30pm
Frame and display work on easel at the designated area within BNC
12:30 pm – 1:00 pm
Judging
1:00 pm
Awards announced and prizes distributed
1:00pm – 1:30 pm
Art is offered for sale to the public
